To make a purchase from the PremierSportsDirect online shop, simply browse through our large range of sports gear in our easy to use website. When you see something that you would like to purchase from PremierSportsDirect, select the appropriate size and quantity then click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will remember what you've selected to buy while you can browse for other items. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your basket click on the 'checkout' button at the top of the page. You should then verify that the items in your basket are correct. If you're ready to buy you will need to enter your billing and delivery details, and finally your payment details.

Once this process is complete you will receive an email confirming the details of your order

Yes, the prices are including VAT

Delivery charges for orders with a value under £15.00 are £3.65 and for Orders with a value over £15.00 is £6.35. These apply for the UK mainland only

We can ship to any destination however the cost will depend upon the weight and the destination, the cost will be confirmed by our customer service advisors once an order is made.

The majority of the orders are despatched within 24 hours and in-case we don’t have stock at hand then we will inform you the timescales involved

We use Business post, Fedex and Royal mail

As a precaution PremierSportsDirect Customer Services will complete a security check to ensure the existence of the company at the address listed

If no one is at the delivery address when our carrier tries to deliver your order, the carrier will leave notification of an attempted delivery. The note will specify if you need to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery date, collect the parcel in person or if they will re-attempt delivery the following day.

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within one working day. If you need to cancel your order before it has been posted, please contact Customer Services on 01727 73 69 65

You can post them back to us or bring it back in an unused condition within 14 days and we will be happy to do the refund for you
